Before you cook a cake with a capelin, you have to do the most difficult and tedious task - cleaning the fish from the bones. If you want to facilitate the task - fry the capelin on vegetable oil, then thin fish bones will be almost invisible.

My potatoes, clean and cut into thin plates. Onions are also cut into half rings.

The egg is beaten with salt and milk, gradually pour the previously sieved flour and knead the dough. To make the pie lush, add the soda into the dough, which is extinguished with lemon juice.

Frying pan or deep baking dish, grease with oil and pour half of the whole dough to the bottom. On top, we lay the potato and onion slices, and then distribute the fish over the surface. Fill the filling layer with the remains of the dough and put the pie with potatoes and capelin into the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes.

Flour the flour with salt and oil until crumbs are formed, add a couple of tablespoons of water and form the dough into a bowl. We wrap the ball with film and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cool the dough and roll it into a greased form. We pierce the dough with a fork and put it in a preheated oven for 200 minutes for 15 minutes. For the onion, chop the onions and let them be buttered until golden. Whisk the sour cream with eggs, salt and pepper. At the bottom of the base of the dough, put a layer of capelin, then distribute the onions and fill the filling with a creamy-egg mixture. We bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. 15 minutes before the preparation of the surface of the pie is sprinkled with grated hard cheese.

Beat soft butter and sour cream with the addition of salt. In the resulting mixture, pour in the flour and knead a dough that does not stick to the hands. The finished dough is molded into a ball and left in the cold for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, you can tackle the filling. Rice is washed to clean water, and then boil and cool. Onions finely chopped and browned until golden, slightly salted and peppery. Capelin also season and mix.

Cut the dough in half, roll one of the halves and place the layer in a greased form. Over distribute the cooled rice and onions, put pieces of butter. The final layer is laid out capelin. The second layer of the dough is rolled and covered with a pie. We make holes for the steam exit and lubricate the cake with the melted butter. We bake the dish in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, 45 minutes.
