A ham from ham can be not only a simple sandwich. A few original recipes for starters for any celebration will be discussed below.
Snack on skewers with ham
Ingredients:
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- smoked paprika - 2 tsp.
- black pepper (ground) - 1 ½ tsp;
- king prawns - 500 g;
- ham prosciutto - 300 g.
Preparation

The recipe for cheese snacks with ham
Ingredients:
- ham boiled - 300 g;
- soft cream cheese - 150 g;
- pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pieces.
Preparation
The recipe for a similar snack of ham and cheese is very simple. Thin slices of ham abundantly lubricate with a soft creamy, or curd cheese, and in the center we put a strip of salted cucumber . We fold the piece of ham with a roll and fix the toothpicks.
Snack in tartlets with ham
Ingredients:
- ham boiled - 220 g;
- curd cheese - 110 g;
- mayonnaise - 1/4;
- mustard grains - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- shallots - 1 piece;
- fresh parsley;
- tartlets;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Ham cut into large cubes and put into a blender. Next, put the cheese , mayonnaise, mustard and whisk everything to homogeneity. Shallot crushed and mixed with the resulting mass. Do not forget to add chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
A ready-made snack can be smeared on bread, or you can put it in tartlets and decorate with the remaining greens.
Appetizer from pita bread with ham - rolls
Ingredients:
- lavash - 1 sheet;
- cream cheese - 500 g;
- crushed basil - half a century;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- ground black pepper;
- dried tomatoes - half a century;
- ham - 150 g;
- walnuts - 1 handful.
Preparation
In a blender, grind cream cheese with garlic and basil. Add the pepper, dried tomatoes and once again we mix it thoroughly. Ham is sliced as finely as possible (you can also use a blender). Walnuts put in a plastic bag and crushed with a hammer, rolling pin, frying pan, or something heavy. Mix the pieces of nuts with the cheese mass. Lavishly grease the resulting mixture. We twist a sheet of lavash into a roll, tightly squeezing, and then cut the roll into portions.
