Dorada in the oven

The Dorada or the golden spas, like any fish, is rich in an impressive array of necessary macro and microelements, but in addition to its usefulness, it is also extremely tasty. There are a lot of ways to prepare "royal fish", however, the mussel baked in the oven, grilled or cooked steamed turns out to be the most juicy and tender, so in this article we will look at how to cook dorado fish in these ways.

Grilled Dorado

A wonderful oriental dorado recipe is grilling in a lime marinade with green sauce.

Before preparing the dorado, it must be cleaned of scales, remove fins, insides and rinse. Prepared fish are cut across, at a distance of 2-3 cm, to the spine. Thanks to the incisions, the fish will better marinate, and also quickly and evenly cook. Meanwhile, we pour salt and pepper into a mortar, add coriander and dried ginger, grind everything into powder and rub the whole fish with a mixture of spices. Sprinkle the bacon with ½ lime juice and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

We prepare the sauce: spinach leaves scalded and put a cream in the blender, add salt and pepper, 2-3 tbsp. spoon the juice of lime and whisk until smooth. The sauce is evaporated in a frying pan with olive oil until thick.

Pickled fish is dried with a napkin and fried on the grill for 7 minutes on each side. Dorada is also well prepared in aerogrill at 230 degrees 20-25 minutes. A golden, grilled dolta is sprinkled with lime juice and served with green sauce and a side dish of boiled rice.

Baked Stuffed Dorado

Baked and stuffed with crispy dorado stuffing is an excellent option for a hearty but light supper, which will be even more delicious with a complement in the form of a glass of chilled white wine.

In a blender, grind to a homogeneity a mixture of spices, parsley leaves and rosemary, garlic and breadcrumbs. The gutted fish's abdomen is filled with the resulting mixture and is punctured with toothpicks. The tail of the dorada is wrapped with foil or bakery paper so that it does not burn. We bake a dorado for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve with a side dish of baked potatoes, sprinkled with lemon juice.

According to the same recipe, the Dorado can also be prepared in the multivarquet: lay the stuffed fish on a pillow of your favorite vegetables and leave to cook in the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes.

Dorad for a couple

Dorado for a couple is easily prepared in a double boiler, or on a homemade unit in the form of a colander over a pot of boiling water.

We clean the fish and cut it, as in the previous recipes, salt, pepper and wrap it in parchment. Envelope with fish steamed for 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, we separate the leaves of parsley and thinly slice a pair of slices of young onions. Ginger cut into thin slices and fry in olive oil. The ready dorado is covered with the finest onion slices, greens and poured with ginger oil, which will soften the onion. We eat with soy sauce and a side dish of rice, or noodles. Bon Appetit!
