All of these criteria are met by a simple salad recipe based on chicken and pomegranate, which will be discussed later.

Preparation of the salad begins with a simple dressing for the preparation of which it is necessary to combine honey with pomegranate juice, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl, whisk it all with a whisk, gradually pouring in oil.

Chicken fillet seasoning to taste, then using a grill or a conventional frying pan, bring the chicken to full preparedness. After the meat is ready, it should be held on a separate plate for 7 minutes, and then cut into medium-thick plates and put them on salad leaves. Top with chicken pomegranate seeds, crumbled cheese and nuts. We pour salad dressing and that hour is served to the table.

The smoked chicken is sorted into fibers. We extract seeds from pomegranate. Fresh spinach washed and dried. With the help of the slicer we cut the radish with thin rings together with the cucumber, and from the sweet pepper we take out the core with the seeds and cut it with straw. Now go to the pineapple. Pieces of pineapple pulp spread on a frying pan grill and fry from both sides until uniform caramelization, i.e. the formation of a crusted crust. We connect all the ingredients on the plate and proceed to the preparation of the dressing.

For filling with a whisk, beat Dijon mustard with honey and lemon juice, pour in the oil and repeat whipping. We pour the salad with the resulting sauce and serve it to the table.

While the chicken is brewed, we clear the mandarins from the peel and films between the lobules. Mix chicken with tangerine lobules, pomegranate seeds and fried walnuts right in the salad bowl. Mix cumin, dried garlic and chopped greens with the selected sauce - mayonnaise or unsweetened yoghurt. We fill the salad and immediately serve it to the table.
