- mayonnaise.
Preparation

Combine the leaves together, add the sauerkraut, corn and mix the ingredients of the salad with cubes of hard cheese and sausage. Salad with squid and corn
Ingredients:
- squid - 340 g;
- tails of shrimp - 260 g;
- canned corn - 160 g;
- canned beans - 360 g;
- purple onion - 45 g;
- avocados - 1 piece;
- juice of 2 limes;
- greens of cilantro - to taste;
- olive oil - 65 ml;
- garlic - 1 tooth;
- honey - 5 ml.
Preparation
After cleaning seafood, prepare them in any preferred way, for example, boil or fry on a grill. While the seafood reaches the ready, slice the purple onions with thin rings, avocado - cubes, chop the coriander greens and prepare a simple dressing of olive oil, lime juice, passed through a press of garlic and honey. Canned corn salad - recipe
Ingredients:
For salad:
- canned corn - 230 g;
- zucchini - 145 g;
- cherry tomatoes - 130 g;
- sunflower seeds - to taste.
For refueling:
- a handful of green parsley;
- olive oil - 35 ml;
- hot chilli - to taste;
- apple cider vinegar - 35 ml;
- honey - 5 ml.
Preparation
Cut the zucchini with as thin and long ribbons as possible. Mix ribbons in a salad bowl with half of cherry tomatoes and grains of canned corn. In the blender, put all the ingredients for refilling and whip them together. After filling the salad, mix it thoroughly and sprinkle with purified sunflower seeds.
Salad with tuna and corn
Ingredients:
- canned tuna - 290 g;
- purple onion - 35 g;
- canned beans - 210 g;
- canned corn - 140 g;
- boiled rice - 1 1/2 items;
- a handful of green parsley;
- olive oil - 45 ml;
- lemon juice - 35 ml.
Preparation
Disassemble the flesh of the tuna into pieces and mix it in a salad bowl with boiled rice, beans and greens. Add the thin half-rings of purple onions to the dish and stir the contents of the salad bowl again. You can fill the ready-made salad with any sauce to taste, but we suggest using a simple mixture of butter and citrus juice for this purpose.
