Then spread the swollen oat flakes, season with salt and, if desired, a mixture of freshly ground peppers and mix well. Now we form the cutlets with our hands, lightly patting, and fry in a heated pan with vegetable oil, with medium heat on the plate until beautiful browning.

Oat flakes a little grind in a blender and pour milk, heated to a boil. Cover the lid, let it brew and cool a little.

Wash and chopped chicken fillets, chop the onion and carrots with a blender, or pass through a meat grinder. In a deep bowl, mix the ground mass, add eggs, swollen oatmeal, season with salt and, if desired, pepper and mix thoroughly. We sculpt with the help of the cutlet's hands and lay it on the baking sheet, lined with parchment. Cooking in the oven, heated to 200 degrees beforehand, thirty-forty minutes before the desired color.
