Sweating of hands, in addition to physical discomfort, also causes psychological discomfort. Because of it, it's more difficult to be in society, to establish social ties, get a job and even develop a romantic relationship. Therefore, the hyperhidrosis of the palms is a frequent reason for referring to doctors of people of any age and sex. Especially this pathology worries women, because they are the most sensitive, and take this problem "to heart."

Also, with a hyperhidrosis of the palms, Botox or a similar drug Dysport is injected. Injections allow to solve the problem for a long period, from 6 to 12 months, practically have no contraindications and are effective in 99% of cases.
Laser and surgical treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis
If none of the above methods helps to cope with sweatiness of the hands, surgical intervention, thoracic endoscopic sympathectomy is recommended. The effectiveness of the operation is very high, reaching 96%. The only side effect after the procedure is compensatory hyperhidrosis - an increase in the intensity of the sweat glands in other parts of the body.
Laser treatment of the examined pathology is not carried out, it is carried out exclusively with hyperhidrosis of axillary basins.
