- onion - 55 g;
- olive oil - 30 ml;

- Ripe tomatoes - 100 g;
- minced pork - 110 g;
- tomato hot sauce - 45 ml;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- mozzarella cheese 210 g;

Preparation
So, first let's mix the dough correctly for the meat pizza. We take a wide bowl and sift through it through a fine sieve with a flour mill. Dry yeast is poured with warm water, we throw salt, sugar, sprinkle a little bit of flour, mix and leave the spoon for 15 minutes. Then gradually add the remaining flour, pour in the olive oil, drop the dry Italian herbs and knead the soft elastic and pleasant to the touch dough.
Next, we turn to preparing the meat filling for pizza. To do this, mix pork and ground beef in a bowl, and then spread it on a heated pan and fry it with chopped onions and garlic on olive oil.
