Ingredients:
- Shrimp - 1 kg;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- lemon - 1 piece;
- cognac - 40-50 ml;
- pepper black peas - 10-12 pieces;
- garlic - 4 slices;
- odorless vegetable oil - 30 ml.
Preparation
To cook shrimp fried in garlic sauce, you need to first marinate them, before that, of course, defrosted. Shrimps are thawed either in cold salted water or at room temperature. To prepare marinade, in a mortar rub salt and pepper, add garlic, lemon juice and cognac. If there is no cognac, you can use brandy or whiskey, quality vodka is also suitable, but without additives. Shrimps are placed in an enamel or glass container, pour marinade and wait for some time (from half an hour to 2 hours). It remains the most simple. Warm up a light haze of oil, quickly fry the shrimp - no more than 4 minutes.
As you can see, cook shrimps in garlic sauce under the power even to those who almost does not happen in the kitchen and poorly versed in cooking. Fans of Oriental cuisine can cook differently. If you replace alcohol with soy sauce, you will get spicy prawns in soy-garlic sauce. The rest of the ingredients are the same, and the process does not change.
Gentle shrimps
You can modify the recipe and cook the shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce. It turns out a very delicate dish, which will perfectly suit cooked rice or potatoes.
Ingredients:
- shrimp - 0,5 kg;
- pepper fragrant freshly ground - on the tip of the spoon;
- garlic - 3-4 cloves;
- salt - 1 pinch;
- olive oil - 30 ml;
- cream not lower than 20% fat content - 150 ml.
Preparation
Shrimp defrosted and give a good drain of water (you can dry it with a paper towel). The oil is warmed up properly - to make a light smoke and a tangible heat from the frying pan.
Fans of spicy food can please themselves by preparing another version of this wonderful dish - shrimp in tomato and garlic sauce. Cooking is the same, only the cream is replaced with tomato paste - for 0.5 kg of shrimp will require 4 tbsp. spoons of tomato and 100 ml of water.
