Bread cut into cubes and stirring, fry in butter until a ruddy crust. We put the toast in the soup already when served to the table.

Peas soaked in cold water and leave the hour at 3. Meat washed, put into a pan, pour in water (4 liters), and cook for 20-25 minutes after boiling. After that, take out the meat, take off the skin, remove the bones. We cut the flesh. Pre-soaked peas washed under running water through a colander, pour into the meat broth , add salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked.

Meanwhile, we are engaged in vegetables - onions cut into small cubes, carrots three on a large grater, garlic is passed through the press. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the peas are ready, we spread the roast in the soup. Well, everything is mixed, let it boil for 5 minutes and add the bay leaves, and then remove the pan from the fire.

We let it stand for 15 minutes, take out the laurel leaves, and turn the soup with a submerged blender in puree. Then we put in it smoked products and crushed greenery. Bread is cut into cubes and dried in the oven until red. Toast is added to the soup immediately before consumption.
