Fruit cake with banana and caramel - recipe
Ingredients:
For biscuit:
- flour - 340 g;
- sugar - 260 g;
- ground cinnamon - 4 g;
- banana puree - 375 g;
- butter - 225 g;
- eggs - 6 pcs.

- cream for whipping - 250 ml;
- honey - 90 g.
For caramel:

Preparation

- sugar - 70 g;
- baking powder - 6 g;
- vegetable oil - 60 ml;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- water 60 ml;

- stabilizer for cream - 2 sachets;
- powdered sugar - 40 g;
- fruits and berries.
Preparation
