- a ripe large banana - 1 piece;
- granulated sugar - 60 g or to taste;
- gelatin - 5 g;
- water 40 ml;
- Nuts and grated chocolate (if desired) - 50-60 g;
Preparation
Gelatin soak for five minutes in the water, and then warm up, stirring, until completely dissolved, but do not boil. Now leave it at room temperature to cool down to a pleasant warmth.
Whisk the cream with a mixer until the peaks are thick. We transform the bananas in puree, mix it with granulated sugar and beat the mass until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved. Now in the whipped proteins we introduce a sweet banana mass, beat it up a bit, then add warm gelatin and again punch a little with a mixer.
