Preparation

We take the biscuits and crush it in a blender to a homogeneous mass. Add to the resulting mass of sugar and pre-melted butter. Mix everything well with a spoon. We take a split shape, smeared with butter, and completely cover both the bottom and the sides with parchment paper. Then we put our mixture of cookies on the bottom and hands evenly distribute it on the whole form, making the cookies the same sides. We put the workpiece in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Do not waste time, we will prepare yoghurt jelly. Gelatin fill with cold water and leave for 5 minutes until completely softened. In another bowl we pour out the milk and put it on the fire, but watch to avoid boiling! As soon as gelatin swells, squeeze it with your hands and gently put it into milk, already taken from the plate. All carefully mix. Cream whisk in a thick foam and add yogurt, while stirring with a spoon from the bottom up, so that the whipped cream does not settle. And in the end, we introduce into the creamy yoghurt mixture already cooled milk with gelatin.

We take out our frozen form from the refrigerator, pour out the yoghurt cream on top and put it back in the refrigerator for 2.5 hours. Half an hour before the end of this time, we begin to prepare the jelly. To do this, again, soak gelatin in cold water. In a saucepan with water, pour out the sugar and cook until completely dissolved. In warm sugar syrup add swollen gelatin and put the mixture ready to cool.

Kiwi is peeled and placed in a blender, adding lemon juice. We put the resulting homogeneous mass into the cooled sugar syrup. We get out of the refrigerator form with an almost ready cake, and if the yoghurt cream is already frozen, pour the sauce out of the kiwi on top and put it in the refrigerator again for 3 hours.

Completely frozen yoghurt cake is decorated on top with cut pieces of kiwi and served to the table. Delicious and light dessert is ready!
