In a deep cup pour cold boiled water, pour out the right amount of gelatin, quickly stir and leave for 10 minutes. Then we dissolve it in a water bath, remove it from the fire and set it aside, cooling it until it cools down completely.

In the cup, make strong coffee. Chicken egg yolks are covered with sugar and vigorously beaten with a fork until a lush, whitish mass is obtained. Then pour gradually cooled coffee. Separately, whisk the creamer with 2 teaspoons of sugar until light foams form and pour it out to whipped yolks and coffee. With a thin trickle, add the dissolved gelatin and mix all the ingredients neatly.
