Ingredients:
- milk cow - 3 liters;
- lemon juice - 50 ml;
- baking soda - 1 teaspoon;
- sugar - 1 kg.
Preparation
In a large saucepan pour out the sugar and pour out all the milk. We put on the fire a little more than average and, constantly stirring, we bring to the full dissolution of granulated sugar. And after that we wait for the mass to boil. Then turn off the fire, pour soda and pour in lemon juice. In this case the reaction will start, foam will start to rise. We turn on the fire again and bring it to a boil. Now we reduce the fire to the minimum and cook the condensed milk for 3 hours. Gradually, milk begins to change color, the more it is brewed, the more brown it turns out.
Next, we check the readiness of condensed milk: drip a droplet of condensed milk on a dry plate - if a drop in a few minutes thickens, the condensed milk is ready, it can be removed from the fire, poured into jars and sent for storage.
Chocolate condensed milk - recipe
Ingredients:
- milk cow - 1 cup;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- sand sugar - 3 cups;
- flour - 1,5 tbsp. spoons;
- cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- Butter - 50 g.
Preparation
We melt the butter, beat the eggs. In the milk we pour sugar, we put flour, beaten eggs, cocoa, melted butter and mix well. We put the mass on the fire and after boiling we cook about a quarter of an hour on low heat. To the mass is not burnt, be sure to stir it with a whisk. After this, the chocolate condensed milk is cooled and used for its intended purpose.

Ingredients:
- milk cow - 1 liter;
- sugar - 1 glass.
Preparation
