Fitness aerobics is the execution of exercises to music. The founder of traditional aerobics was the famous actress Jane Fonda. Aerobic promotes improvement in the body metabolism, plasticity of muscles and skin, strengthens the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. But, all the same, before classes it is necessary to consult the doctor. In groups of aerobics, usually, up to 12 people are engaged. The duration of training is 45-60 minutes.

Music for fitness and aerobics is selected by rhythmic dance at the appropriate pace and melody, as a rule, have a smooth transition, without pauses. In most cases, aerobics is involved in the desire to lose weight. The fitness aerobics program for weight loss will be effective only if you engage actively and regularly 3-4 times a week and combine exercise with proper nutrition. The fastest way to achieve the ideal figure will be a mixture of aerobics and gym classes. Since the exercises are performed at a fairly fast pace, then clothes for training should be chosen light: shorts, topic or T-shirt, elastic swimsuit. It is advisable to take a towel and a bottle of water. But do not get carried away with water in the class, you can take 1-2 small sips and no more, as the load on the heart is already quite large.
