In warm milk, stir sugar, salt, yeast and leave for 15 minutes before the appearance of a cap of foam. Add about a third of the sifted flour, mix it and put 40 minutes into the heat. When the dough has risen a second time, we place it on the flour-stricken table. We pluck off small pieces from it, roll them into a ball, flatten them and put them on a baking tray, oiled. By any convenient tool in the middle of each cake, make a groove and give the work pieces to stand for about 30 minutes. Then put the filling in them and grease the dough with milk, whipped together with the yolk. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
