Ingredients:
- fresh cherries - 200 g;
- granulated sugar - 0,5 items;
- vanillin pinch;
- croup of semolina - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- mint leaves - for decoration;
- bread crumbs - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- Butter - 10 g.
Preparation
Berries are washed thoroughly with cold water, put on a clean towel and let them dry. In a dry and deep piano we spread cottage cheese and drive chicken eggs into it. Then turn on the slow mixer and mix everything until smooth homogeneous mass. Next, pour sugar, vanillin, semolina and mix all the ingredients with a spoon.
We first spread the cup of the multivarka with butter butter and then sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top. At the bottom of the bowl, spread the cottage cheese dough and evenly spread it with a spoon. We spread cherry berries from above and slightly push them inwards. Bones from berries are not taken out, because it is so much tastier. Now close the device with the lid and install the "Bake" program for 1 hour. When the ready signal sounds, open the appliance and leave the casserole to cool.
After that, we shift the cake to a dish, sprinkle with sugar powder, chopped chocolate or sprinkle with sour cream or cream. Now we cut the casserole into portions, decorate with fresh mint leaves and serve it to the table.
