Ingredients:
- boiled condensed milk - 1 pot;
- margarine, or butter - 400 g;

- soda - 1/2 teaspoon;

The basis of the cake is homemade shortbread cookie , so start cooking with it. Flour sift into a deep bowl along with soda, followed by sending a soft butter (half of the total), sugar and a little salt. Mix the soft and smooth dough, form it into a bowl and wrap it with a film. We give the test to stand in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. This technique is not fundamental, you can simply divide the cookies into portions by rolling out the dough with a layer. Preparation of a cream for a cake is an elementary process: beat a soft butter with a can of boiled condensed milk until uniform. Ready cookies are broken into a large crumb and mix crumbs with cream. We put the mass in a deep plate and we compact it. - boiled condensed milk - 1 can;

Preparation

While the poppy seeds cool down, let's make cream: mix the condensed milk with butter, add a little lemon juice, and mix with the cookie crumbs. Add the poppy seed to the resulting mixture and mix thoroughly. We put the cake on a flat dish and let it soak in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours.
Ready cake can be decorated at your discretion: chocolate, candy, candied fruits, or nuts.
