This option is not similar to an authentic recipe - it's a simple combination of standard ingredients, which is supplemented with citrus juice, zest and vanilla, and mixed with milk.

The mixing scheme is simple: first dry ingredients are combined (except sugar), and behind them, separately, all other ingredients from the list are beaten. So, mix soda with flour. Allow the oil to soften, removing it in advance from the refrigerator or using microwave. Whisk the soft butter with a couple of egg yolks and sugar until a whitish cream, then add the vanilla, citrus juice and zest. Begin by pouring a mixture of dry ingredients into the portions, not stopping the mixer's stroke. When the dough becomes too steep, gradually pour milk to it, in batches, alternately with the remaining flour. The finished dough should not stick to the walls of the dishes, and therefore, if necessary, pour additional amounts of flour onto it. Divide the dough for the "Nuts" cookies into portions, roll them into balls and fry in the hazel until they turn brown.

How to make a dough for "Oresheks" with condensed milk?

Boiled condensed milk can be added not only to the filling of nuts, but also used as a sweetener in the dough. On the consistency of the dough, this addition will not affect, but it will give a pleasant caramel flavor and shade to the nut shell.

Preliminary bring the butter to room temperature. Place the oil in the bowl of the mixer along with the yolks, sugar powder and condensed milk. Start whipping, gradually increasing the speed to maximum. Add the mayonnaise. Separately mix the dry ingredients and start gradually adding them to the dough, continuing the kneading. When all the ingredients come together, separate and place the dough for the "Nuts" cookies in the molds. Fry over high heat until tender, before cooling, refrigerate.

Dough for "Oresheks" in hazelnut for gas

If you like crisp and friable dough, then add to it ... vodka. Vodka prevents the formation of threads of gluten, and therefore the dough does not rise and does not come out soft, but remains dense and crunchy. Of course, you will not feel the taste of alcohol in the finished product.

In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar. Rub the flour into a crumb with soft oil. Add mayonnaise to the egg mixture together with vodka, whisk again, and then pour the slaked baking powder. The resulting mixture of ingredients is mixed with flour crumb until you get a smooth buttery dough, leaving no traces on the hands and surface. Divide the finished bowl into small portions and place in hazel cells. Fry over high heat until tender, and allow to cool completely before filling.
