Now sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and, stirring, stew for another 5 minutes. Add raisins, lemon juice, stir and remove from the plate. We let the filling cool down. Now roll out our dough layer 60 to 30 cm divide it into 3 equal pieces. In the center of each lay out a strip of filling. Cut the edges of the dough with stripes and braid it with a pigtail.
