Each roguelik with raspberry jam is greased with yolk and put in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the bagels with powdered sugar before serving.

First we sift the flour into a deep bowl and grind it with a soft margarine. Add the resulting mixture mixed with soda sour cream and sugar. Mix the soft and sticky dough, then cover it with a film and leave it for 1 hour in the fridge. The cooled dough is divided into 4 parts, each of which is rolled up to a thickness of a millimeter. We divide the obtained layer into 8 parts, on the wide edge of each of which we put on a teaspoon of jam. Fold each piece of dough into a bagel.
