Apple plombir - a treat in any season

You probably had to enjoy your favorite ice cream on a hot, sunny day, but did you have to cook your own ice cream? To fans of natural products and recipes, we recommend preparing a homemade frozen treat, but not simple, which can be bought in any supermarket, and unusual - apple.

Let's start cooking with apples: put the stewpan on the stove, and put sugar and oil in it, as soon as the mixture starts to boil and thicken, add the sliced ​​and peeled apples and cinnamon. We keep apples on fire until they become soft, and most of the liquid will not evaporate (10-15 minutes). We put the soft apple mass in the refrigerator until it cools down completely.

Now go to the ice cream: in a bowl, mix the egg yolks and 2 ½ tablespoons of sugar. In the saucepan mix the cream, milk, salt, the remaining sugar and heat it over medium heat. As soon as the mixture begins to boil - reduce the heat to a minimum. Gradually add the hot mass to the yolks, without stopping stirring. Return the egg-milk mixture to the fire and cook on low heat until it thickens. Filter the base for the ice cream through a sieve and cool it on ice, stirring occasionally. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for the night.

In the blender we lay ice cream and apples, we rub until uniform. We lay a homogeneous mass in the ice cream maker. In the last minutes of cooking add to the mass crumbled cookies and put in the freezer.

As a result, a crumb of biscuits diversifies not only the taste, but also the texture of the finished dessert, and the ice cream itself will really remind the famous apple pie .

In a deep bowl, mix cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Cover the mixture with a food film and put in the refrigerator until completely cooled down for 2 hours.

Meanwhile, melted the butter over medium heat. Peeled and chopped apples are sprinkled with sugar and spices, and put into butter. Keep the mixture on the stove until the apples become soft, and then let cool in the refrigerator.

Before you start preparing the apple plombir, the base of the ice cream should be mixed with a whisk, and then placed in the ice cream for half an hour. 5-7 minutes before the end of cooking, or when the mass will look soft and homogeneous, add a mixture of apples and spices.

Ready-made ice cream remains to be transferred to a container and left in the freezer until it is completely solidified, i.e. for 1-2 hours.

If you do not have ice cream, then arm yourself with a mixer, or, at least, with a whisk. Beat the frozen mixture by hand until soft, in order to avoid the formation of ice crystals during hardening, and then freeze according to the scheme described above.

This ice cream is served well not only in a waffle cup, but also as a supplement to baking, other desserts, or as part of a milkshake .
