The incredible rhythm of life caused the appearance of such a disorder as chronic fatigue syndrome, the symptoms of which concern many modern successful people. We are trying to keep up with everything in the world: to do all the work, to earn all the money, to have time for all the activities, while completely forgetting about our health, and then the body fails and takes us out of the stream of important events for a long time. Of course, it is better not to allow this, and in due time pay attention to the signs of chronic fatigue syndrome and eliminate the causes.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - Causes
- Constant nervous tension, increased emotional and mental stress, lead to malfunctions in the central nervous system. Behind this, immunity decreases, and the body becomes prone to diseases with which it used to cope, thereby acquiring new stress factors, such as poor health and medication. Also, the hormonal background is broken, which is the cause of disruption of the body, mood swings and too sharp reactions to minor obstacles on the way.
- Unfavorable ecological conditions, bad habits, too active rhythm of life, in which you expend energy more than you receive and do not have time to restore it, in their totality lead to oxygen starvation, the so-called hypoxia. It is the cause of metabolic disorders, vital processes begin to flow more slowly and the body does not produce harmful waste. As a result, a person feels completely exhausted and does not have time to recover in the period between loads.
Symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome
In general, the main diagnostic sign is constant fatigue and drowsiness, the reasons for which are difficult to distinguish, because earlier such loads were easily tolerated by a person. If such a condition is observed for at least six months, then it is a question of an already formed syndrome, to cope with it better under the supervision of a doctor. However, if you notice its manifestations in time, development can be prevented.
You should be alerted to such symptoms of chronic fatigue:
- debilitating weakness for no apparent reason;
- weakness progresses and does not disappear even after a good rest;
- a significant decrease in efficiency;
- physical manifestations: slight fever, unusual headache, enlarged and painful lymph nodes, sore throat, muscle weakness and aching muscles;
- neuropsychiatric manifestations: irritability, forgetfulness, decreased mental activity, difficulty in concentration of attention, visual disturbances, painful reaction to bright light;
- depression.
If you have found signs of chronic fatigue syndrome, try to reduce stress and treat yourself as carefully as possible.
