Phali of spinach

In our diet very often there are dishes from Georgian cuisine, which we all like to cook and even more to eat. These dishes are always famous for their delicate taste, often supplemented with ostrinkoy and a mandatory set of spices. Today, we would like to present you one more, quite popular dish of Georgian cuisine - phali. It is a grinded salad, which consists of one main vegetable, seasoned with spices and spices. It's very easy to understand how to cook phalis from spinach. The way of preparation of this recipe will not bring difficulties, and the main thing will not take much time.

For the preparation of phalis, we only need the leaves of spinach, so from this calculation we take it a little more, since we do not use stems, and the leaves under heat treatment strongly boil. Boil the clean, green leaves of spinach in boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove the leaves from the water, into a colander. The cooled spinach is squeezed and crushed in a blender. We spread it into another container, and here we lay out nuts, garlic and grind. Green onions and spicy greens, finely chopped, spread to nuts. Sprinkle all the salt with red pepper, add pomegranate juice and mix. Combine with spinach and mix again. Decorate the ready-made dish according to your desire.

Phali can be cooked not only with spinach, but with other vegetables: cabbage, beet or sweet pepper.

Boil the spinach in pure water, which we pre-sort out, remove thick stems and rinse well. Brew it quickly, for 3-4 minutes. We recline the ready-made vegetable in a colander and leave it so to drain off excess liquid and cool down. Then, squeeze it a little, and for grinding, scroll through the meat grinder.

Next we send to the meat grinder cleared walnuts, garlic and hot red pepper, only to combine them with spinach until it's necessary. In the same mixture we add very finely chopped greens. We pour out the spices of hops-suneli, sprinkle with salt and fill it with wine vinegar. Carefully mixing everything up, we get a refueling. We connect it with spinach and stir until uniform phal.

The salad is a little viscous, so that it is convenient to divide the dish into portions, we make small balls from it. For a beautiful design, decorate each of them, a pomegranate seed and an original pea spread on a dish.
