Opara: a little flour (2-3 tablespoons) is mixed with warm milk, yeast, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and put in a warm place for about 20 minutes. We pour into a bowl and add soft butter, eggs and, gradually pouring the flour, knead the dough. It should not be too steep. Let's mix carefully, cover with a napkin and put in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Let's remember, let's put it in and put it in the heat again for 20 minutes. Now let's double-cross again and we can make cheesecake .

Cottage cheese stuffing for cheesecakes is prepared simply. We combine cottage cheese with egg, sugar (1-2 tablespoons), vanilla and mix thoroughly.

Ready dough rolled into sausage and divided with a knife into equal parts. We will form the balls and with the help of a pestle from a mortar of medium size we will make indentations in them. Cakes with a groove are obtained. We put it on a greased baking sheet (even better - pasted with oiled baking paper) and fill the cakes with stuffing. Lubricate the dough with whipped yolk and bake for 20-25 minutes to a beautiful ruddy shade at a temperature of 180-200 degrees in the oven. A pleasant smell of finished baking is also a measure of readiness.

You can bake fast curd cheese cakes and puff pastry, especially since it is now easy to find in supermarkets, catering establishments or knead yourself. The filling is done the same way (see above).

We sift the bulk of the flour in a bowl with a slide, form a groove and kill the eggs. Add butter, grated, lemon juice and salt. We knead the dough. We knead carefully and divide the com into 4 parts. We put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. We roll each portion into a layer, apply oil and apply one on top of the other. We roll into a layer and again divide into 4 parts. Repeat the cycle. You can do it twice or thrice.

We form cakes, we make a pestle in each cavity, spread it on a baking tray and fill it with cottage cheese stuffing. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.

We serve cheesecakes with fresh tea, compote, cocoa, coffee .
