Preparation
Mushrooms are processed, thinly sliced and fried in oil along with chopped onions rings. Then add the canned peas, warm for 2-3 minutes and mix. For an omelet, break the eggs into a bowl, season with salt, sugar, pour in the flour and gradually pour in the milk. The resulting mixture is whisked lightly and poured onto a greased frying pan. We bake an omelet from both sides until a crust is formed. Then carefully shift it to a flat dish, cool it a bit, spread the mushroom filling, fold it in half and serve it on the table with chilled sour cream.
Omelet stuffed with meat products
Ingredients:
- egg - 3 pieces;
- milk or water - 50 ml;
- margarine - 10 g;
- butter - 5 g;
- spice.
For filling:
- ham or sausages - 40 g;
- tomato sauce - 30 ml.
Preparation
The recipe for a stuffed omelette is quite simple. First we prepare a mixture of chicken eggs and milk, salt it, mix it well and fry it in a frying pan for 5-7 minutes. This time we make the filling. To do this, take ham, sausage or sausages, cut them into thin slices, passer with fat, add tomato sauce and boil all 1-2 minutes. As soon as the omelet thickens, put hot minced meat on its middle, close it with edges, giving it a pie shape. Ready meal slightly cool and served on the table, pouring melted butter.
Omelet stuffed with vegetables
Ingredients:
- milk - 0,5 items;
- egg - 8 pieces;
- butter - 30 g;
- salt;
- Butter - 15 g.
For filling:
- zucchini;
- peas canned - 0.5 cans;
- milk - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Preparation
We heat the oil in a frying pan, pour peas, cut into cubes of zucchini, pour in flour, pour in a little milk and pat it a little. This time, beat the eggs with salt, gradually add the milk and fry the omelette in another pan. Minutes 3. After that, in the middle lay out the vegetable mince, we form the "patty", turn it over and fry until ready.
