How to cook kulesh?

Kulesh or in another way, millet gruel with onions and cracklings is a rich, rich soup prepared by the Cossacks in the field. How to cook a real kulesh? Potatoes, onions, carrots are cleaned and then cut into small cubes. In boiling meat broth, put the potatoes and boil it for 3 minutes on low heat. Then we pour out the rinsed pyshenku, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. This time, fry carrots with carrots and onion, carefully put them into soup, salt, pepper to taste and cook until ready. Before serving, we decorate the dish with fresh herbs.

How to cook kulesh? To start, we put the "Bake" program on the multivark for 60 minutes. In the bowl, pour oil and thoroughly heat it. Then we peel the peeled onions, rinse and grind them. We shift it into a heated multivark and fry it.

This time, we clean carrots, mine and finely grate. Add to the onions, stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Meat is processed and cut into small pieces. Add to the roasting, close the multibar with a lid and leave to prepare all together before the end of the program "Baking", periodically, stirring.

Potatoes are cleaned and cut into strips. Millet is washed several times under cold water and sorted. After the end of "Baking", we set the "Quenching" mode. We put pishenku in a bowl, cut potatoes, salt to taste, add bay leaf and spices. Fill all the hot boiled water, cover with a lid and cook soup kulesh in the multivark about 1 hour. Ready dish is poured on plates and served to the table!
