Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked. It is important that they are not digested. Wash them, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix. Cheese three on a grater, and sausage cut into cubes. Onions cut into half rings. Tomatoes are doused with boiling water, and then we peel them. Flesh cut into strips. Macaroni is mixed with sausage, cheese and tomatoes, spices and greens are added to taste. We put the mass in the baking dish, we put onions on top. Eggs mixed with cream, salt and pepper mixture and pour it our pasta. In the oven heated to 180 degrees, we send the form, pre-covered with foil, for about 25 minutes. After that, we remove the foil, and cook the casserole with smoked sausage for another 15 minutes to make an appetizing crust.

Baked spaghetti with sausage

Cut boiled sausage into small cubes, chop the onions, cheese three on a large grater. In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry in it onions for 2 minutes, then add the sausage and cook for another 3 minutes. After that add the spices.

This dish is well suited seasonings for Italian cuisine. Tomato paste diluted in 60 ml of water and pour the mixture to the rest of the ingredients. There we put also a bay leaf. All well mix and saute the sauce with onions and sausage for another 5 minutes. Spaghetti is cooked in salted water until cooked, then they are washed and begin to form a casserole .

To do this, first, lubricate the form with butter and spread a layer of spaghetti. On top put a piece of sausage with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Again, repeat the layers in the same sequence until we fill the entire form. The top layer should be cheese. The oven is heated to a temperature of 180 degrees and we prepare the casserole for about 25 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, we cover the dish with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. Thanks to this, the casserole with sausage will be even juicier and tastier. We let it cool and cut into small pieces.
