Pork brisket is perfectly combined with any vegetable garnish, especially if it is prepared in a varnish glaze from a mixture of maple syrup and soy. Such a simple dish is fully worthy of place on the festive table.

The main feature of the brisket is the presence of a rather dense skin, which is recommended to dry until crunch when baking. To achieve a crispy and roasted skin, you can, if you rub it with a small amount of large salt before cooking, it is salt that will pull out excess moisture.

Rub the skin on the brisket and salt the meat itself, so that the piece is salted as carefully and evenly as possible, leave it to lie in the refrigerator for the night before cooking. After salting out, put a piece of brisket with fat down, cover the piece with foil and leave to bake at 150 degrees for one and a half hours. After, remove the foil and cut on the brisket cut crosswise. Leave the meat already at 200 degrees for an hour to heat the remaining fat. Next, pour a piece of honey and soya mixture, then leave the sweet-salted crust caramelized.

Piece of pork brisket well salt with salt and roll into a roll. Fixing the roll with a culinary thread, roll it in flour and brown in a brazier on high heat. When the meat is ready, put it on a plate, and in the brazier, splash the oil and fry on it pieces of vegetables: potatoes, carrots, onions. At the very end, put the garlic scraped, and after mixing - laurel and thyme. Pour all the mixture of broth with tomato paste and return the brisket to the dishes. Tumite all together for one and a half hours at 150 degrees.

Pork brisket cooked in onion peel - recipe

Boiling a bacon in an onion peel is perhaps one of the simplest ways of preparing it. Meat eventually gets smoked appearance, and the cooking process while not as labor-intensive as the smoking itself.

Fill with water enamel utensils and put into it laurel with onion husk and cut into petals garlic. Pour in the salt and place everything on the fire. After boiling, pour the sugar and add the ground coriander, then place the pork brisket in the broth and leave it boiled for half an hour. After the time the meat is removed from the fire and left at room temperature for another half a day. Then the meat is dried, wrapped with paper and well cooled.

Such a simple recipe for pickling pork brisket gives an amazing result: at the exit the meat acquires a pleasant brownish hue, characteristic for meat, which was subject to smoking. At the same time, all the flavor and aromatic characteristics of pork are preserved.
