Nothing stands still, everything develops and improves. A new engineering idea visited furniture designers. Most recently, they invented a compact and practical unit of furniture - an ottoman with a bed.
If you like to meet guests, who then need to stay with you for the night, and the dimensions of the apartment do not allow you to equip one more bed or sofa, then the pouf with a bed is just for you. How to choose a sleeping pouf?
First, its appearance should correspond to the rest of the surrounding furniture, harmoniously fit into the overall surroundings of the room. Secondly, the ottoman should not be too oversized, otherwise what's the point of acquiring this kind of furniture?
Thirdly, it should not be heavy or should be equipped with wheels for movement. Pouf with a bed is not stationary furniture. Its mobility is one of the important attributes of the versatility of this design.
Fourthly, the design of the transformer pouf should be simple and reliable, so that both a child and a very tired guest could prepare a place for themselves to sleep.
How is the ottoman with a bed? Roughly speaking, it is a soft bedside table, inside of which there is a clamshell. There are a lot of mechanisms for opening the curbstone and clamshells, we will not dwell on this in detail. Once again we want to emphasize that the fewer movements you have for making a bed, the better the design. Everything is brilliant and simple!
