Onions are peeled off from the husk, cut into small cubes and put into a frying pan with preheated oil. Lightly fry and add mushrooms. It can be mushrooms, oyster mushrooms or any other mushrooms. They should be cut into small slices. Fry the mushrooms with onions until the liquid evaporates from them. We put them in the bowl and when they cool, lay them on a flat dish - this will be the first layer of our salad. Chicken fillet (it can be pre-boiled, and can be baked) cut as a piece and put it on top of the mushrooms. This layer is smeared with mayonnaise, since the chicken is rather dry. In a separate plate we rub cucumbers on a grater, the formed liquid is drained, and the cucumbers are spread by the next layer, which is again blotted with mayonnaise. Next three egg whites and proceed directly to the decor - from mayonnaise we make the trunk of our birch, we put on it stripes of prunes. Parsley will act as foliage. If desired, you can rub around with a grated yolk. Salad "Birch" with mushrooms is ready!

Cook the chicken breast. Onions are cleaned and cut into thin half rings and fried until red, then put into a flat long salad bowl first layer. Next, put chopped chicken breast, which is missed with mayonnaise. Next go grated eggs, again mayonnaise. Then the three apples are the next layer. After them go grinded in the same way grated cheese. We spread the top of the lettuce with mayonnaise and begin to decorate: we cut the olives in half and then again into thin slices. From the smoked bacon we remove the peel, we separate the meat from the bones and cut it into cubes of medium size. Spread them first layer on the bottom of the salad bowl.
