To prepare a cake for this recipe, we will use a ready-made biscuit, which must be cut into cubes or simply broken into pieces. Also we need any mix of berries and fresh fruits. Perfect for this strawberry, bananas, grape seeds, as well as canned peaches or apricots. Fruits or berries also need to be cut into slices.

Gelatin beads are poured for about thirty minutes with cold water, after which we warm up a little in a microwave or in a water bath and let them completely dissolve. Sour cream with sugar is processed with a mixer to a lush texture, and then we introduce the jelly base into the resulting mass and mix.

In the cake mold pour a little sour-jelly mass onto the bottom, then spread a small layer of berries and sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Next, again, pour all a little sour cream with gelatin, then arrange slices of biscuit and again sour cream. Repeat the layers, while there are biscuits, berries and sour cream, and then put the workpiece on the shelf of the refrigerator and let it freeze completely.

On readiness, place the form for a few seconds in hot water and turn it over on the dish, taking out the cake.

It must be prepared, guided by the recommendations in the instructions on the package, but add a little less water to make the dessert more dense and it was easy to cut into cubes. We also break into pieces and shortbread cookies.

Gelatin, like in the previous case, soaked in water for thirty minutes, after which we dissolve it, heating it up a little, and mix it with the sour cream and sugar.

We decorate the cake in the same manner as the previous one, laying down jelly cubes, pieces of biscuits and filling everything with sour cream with jelly cream.

We send the workpiece to the freezing point on the shelf of the refrigerator.
