Cake "Fairy Tale" - recipe with nuts and poppy seeds

Classics of Soviet desserts in the face of the cake "Fairy Tale" is a dish for experienced housewives, and so we prepared a couple of variations at once: one classic - for those who are with the oven "for you" and the second light, which is suitable for beginners in the kitchen.

Preparation

Before you prepare a Fairy-tale cake at home, put the oven warmed up to 180 degrees, and then lather four forms of equal diameter (about 20 cm) with parchment.

In the mixer bowl, beat the eggs and sprinkle the sugar. Whip whisk together the ingredients until they resemble the basis for meringue. Despite the fact that we have a sour-milk product that contains enough acid to quench soda, it's better to be safe and to extinguish the soda with vinegar before adding. Extinguished soda is poured into the eggs, next we add the sour cream and whisk again until the flour is poured.

The finished dough is divided into 4 equal parts, in each of which we add nuts, poppy seeds, cocoa or raisins. Distribute the mixture by shape and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

Creamy cream for the cake "Fairy Tale" is prepared much easier: all three ingredients are enough to whip the mixer together and you can lubricate the cakes.

Covered with cream cream cakes we stack on each other and decorate with usual oil cream outside. The latter is prepared from whipped white butter with sugar powder.

Beat eggs with sugar before dissolving the crystals. Pour into the eggs of the mango and leave the minutes for 40 to swell. Add to the eggs baking powder and nuts with poppy seeds. We pour the finished dough into a mold. Preparation of the cake "Fairy Tale" will take about an hour when the duty is 180 degrees.

The ready delicacy is cooled and covered with a cream of whipped cream with condensed milk.
