As soon as the dough starts to gather together, add warm water and again thoroughly mix. Cover the dough with a damp towel and leave for 10 minutes. In the dough, drive in soft butter, chopped leek and chili. Again, leave the dough for another 10 minutes. We knead it for 3-4 minutes and then leave it again.
