Traditional vanilla ice cream is easy to prepare with the help of an ice cream maker . It is the ice cream maker that helps cool the mass as slowly as possible, with constant mixing, to avoid the formation of large ice crystals and to maintain the most uniform consistency.

Place the saucepan with cream and sugar on a slow fire and start to cook all together until the crystals dissolve and reach the beginning of the boil. Remove the sauté pan from the fire, beat the eggs and start gradually pouring the hot cream mixture to them, without stopping the whipping. Your goal is to combine hot cream with eggs so that they do not turn into an omelet. Return the resulting mixture back to the fire and dilute with fatty cream. Start to brew the base of the ice cream with regular stirring until the consistency of the mixture reaches a sufficient density to cover the spoon evenly (up to 15 minutes). Remove the future ice cream from the fire, add the vanilla essence, and then cool the mixture for at least 3 hours and only after pour into the ice cream maker. Ice cream at home without cream

If you do not have cream, then calmly make ice cream at home from home-made milk. The latter is already characterized by high fat content, and therefore does not require additions.

Mix cherries and about 50 grams of sugar in a saucepan and cook all over low heat for about 8 minutes until the berries become soft and juice is released.

Combine the remaining sugar with half the milk and cook until the crystals dissolve. Add the rest of the milk, almond extract and allow the mixture to cool in the cold for about 3 hours. Pour the milk ice cream into the ice cream maker and cook by following the instructions to the device. Mix the ice cream with the cherries and finally cool in the freezer.

Ice cream at home without a freezer

As part of this recipe, no special equipment other than a conventional mixer is required. Thanks to the latter, we will catch fat cream with condensed milk almost to the consistency of the cream, and the remaining bubbles in the mixture will allow the ice cream to remain airy and creamy, and not freeze in a single piece.
