Gogoszary for the winter

There are many different varieties of pepper, both sweet and spicy, but most are accustomed to using only Bulgarian peppers, chili and paprika. No less delicious gogoshara, unfortunately, on sale are relatively rare, and therefore they are familiar to a small number of people. Nevertheless, it is from this variety of sweet, fleshy peppers that you get an excellent piece - marinated gogoshara for the winter.

We marin quickly and easily

The simplest recipe for pickled gogoshars includes few ingredients and a minimum of operations.

To marinate gogoshara for the winter, we will need to wash and sterilize the jars and lids in advance. When the banks are washed and drained, we will clean gogoshares: cut each into 6-8 parts, remove seeds and septums and rinse well under running water. Let's drain the water, meanwhile we start to cook the marinade. Mix the water, oil and vinegar when the mixture boils, add salt, sugar, pepper, cloves and bay leaf. We cook the marinade for a short time - minutes 2, then we pawn in pieces portions of gogoshara. Cook them for 5 minutes, distribute to the banks, on the bottom of which we put a couple cloves of garlic, lightly top up with a boiling marinade and spin. Cool our blanks in the heat, and then you can transfer them to a cool place.

Honey marinade

You can cook gogoshara for the winter otherwise - recipes allow you to include fantasy and experiment.

In principle, the technology to roll gogoshare with honey for the winter is the same. We clean and cut gogoshares, mine and let it drain off. Cook the marinade, sterilize the cans and lay garlic in them. We boil the pepper slices in the marinade for about 4 minutes, transfer them to the cans, distribute the marinade to the cans and close.

Tomato is an excellent preservative

Very tasty workpiece - gogoshara in tomato sauce, for winter it's also easy to roll them.

We clean and cut gogoshare, blanch the slices in boiling water for 2 minutes, put it into cold water. We distribute pieces of sterilized jars. Cook the marinade: boil the juice with salt and sugar, add the vinegar, after 3 minutes we fill the gogoshara with tomato filling. Sterilize our canned food for 10 minutes, then roll it up.
