White mushrooms are thawed, and then cut together with champignons into cubes. In a frying pan, melt the butter, spread the prepared mushrooms, crushed garlic, add thyme, salt to taste, stir and fry for about 5 minutes. After that add the chopped onion and cook for another 5 minutes.

We spread to the mushroom mass sour cream, chopped parsley, stir and simmer for 3 minutes, then remove the frying pan from the fire. Carrots are cleaned, poured hot milk, salt and cook for about 6 minutes. After that, the milk is drained, and the carrot is blended with a blender. Broccoli for 3 minutes we lower in boiling water, then pour the cream and bring to a boil. We also turn this blender into a puree blender.

Blanching cauliflower 3-4 minutes, add cheese and also grind in a blender. On the oiled baking sheet we spread two pancakes on each other. We distribute the broccoli mash from above, cover the top with 2 pancakes and grease them with half the mushroom mixture.
