Champignons, zucchini and eggplant are cut into strips. In the frying pan, we warm up the olive oil, fry the vegetables on it, the beans about 7 minutes on a small fire. After that, add shrimp, sesame, soy sauce , chopped parsley and noodles. Stir and fry for about 2 minutes, stirring.
Recipe for Chinese noodles with seafood
Ingredients:
- udon noodles or rice noodles - 1 pack;
- sauce for roasting seafood - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- shrimp - 500 g;
- scallops - 500 g.
Preparation
Noodles are soaked in boiling water until it softens, then we throw it back to the colander. Shrimp defrost and clean. In the frying pan, reheat the sauce as soon as it begins to boil, add shrimp and scallops. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring. Then turn off the fire, spread the noodles and mix. To taste, you can add a little more soy sauce.
Recipe for egg noodles with seafood
Ingredients:
- egg noodles - 200 g;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
- a mixture of seafood - 600 g;
- onion - 1 piece;
- chopped parsley - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- crushed onions - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- green onions (feathers) - 2 pcs .;
- soy sauce - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- thyme - 4 stems;
- black ground pepper - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 30 ml.
Preparation
Egg noodles are cooked according to the instructions. Seafood is washed and dried. Onion finely chopped and fried in vegetable oil for 2 minutes, then add the diced tomatoes, stir and fry another 3 minutes. We shift the prepared vegetables to a plate, and in the same pan we spread the seafood and fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes. To seafood we add vegetables, crushed greens, soy sauce and thyme. Cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes over a small fire. Then turn off the fire and let it brew for 5 more minutes. Egg noodles are laid out on a dish, in the center we make a deepening and lay out seafood with vegetables.

- Chinese egg noodles - 600 g;
- shrimps, mussels - 300 g;
- soy sauce - 30 ml;
- rice wine - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sherry - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- Bamboo shoots - 300 g;
- green onion - 3 stems;
- sweet pepper - 1 piece;
- hot pepper - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil - 30 ml;
- ginger root - 15 g.

- frozen seafood - 200 g;

- garlic - 2 cloves;

Preparation
Rice noodles soaked in hot water for 10 minutes, and then in salted water boil until cooked. We defrost seafood, wash them and dry them. Pour the vegetable oil into the frying pan, warm it, add crushed garlic and fry it. After that, lay out seafood, salt and pepper them to taste. We cook for 3 minutes, and then pour in soy sauce.
