  1. The first thing we do is to cut the washed chicken fillets into cubes and soak it for an hour and a half in the marinade.
  2. To make a marinade, grind garlic, chopped chili, salt, ground ginger and a mixture of peppers in a mortar, then mix the ingredients with two tablespoons of sunflower oil and mix.
  3. In a frying pan, warm up the remaining oil, pour brown sugar, squeeze the lime juice and throw lime pomace, so that the peel can also give away its fragrance.
  4. Fry the contents of the pan with constant stirring until the sugar dissolves, and then remove the halves of lime, spread the chicken fillet and simmer the meat for several minutes under the lid.
  5. Now open the lid, cook the chicken until all the moisture evaporates and add the pineapple pulp cut into cubes or cubes.
  6. Fry the contents of the frying pan for three more minutes, stirring.
