The combination of chopped peas with smoked meat deserves the title of classical. This duet is known to everyone since the meals in schools and kindergartens, but the most delicious variation of popular soup should be considered homemade. This time, we will make a home-made pea soup with smoked wings.
Pea soup with smoked wings - recipe
The only thing that makes soup from chopped peas is not appetizing, is its color. For a more saturated green and fresh shade to the boiled chipped peas, we will add fresh-frozen legumes.
Ingredients:
- carrots - 175 g;
- stalks of celery - 2 pcs .;
- onion - 115 g;
- smoked wings - 8-10 pcs .;
- crushed peas - 420 g;
- the laurel leaf;
- freshly frozen peas - 170 g.
Preparation
Before you make a pea soup with smoked wings, you need to make a simple and familiar vegetable roast. For roasting, save together the crushed carrots with celery and onions, add peas to the vegetables, and then pour in 2.6 liters of water. Of course, if you have a similar volume of broth, then use it. Fill the liquid, wait for it to boil, and then reduce heat and leave the peas to cook for an hour and a half, without forgetting put a laurel leaf for flavor in the pan. After the lapse of time, take the laurel, put in the fresh peas and season everything. Disassemble the chicken, separating the smoked pulp from the bone, and then send it to the soup.
Pea soup with smoked wings in the multivark
Ingredients:
- thyme branches - 3 pcs .;
- leeks - 135 g;
- carrots - 115 g;
- smoked chicken wings - 430 g;
- crushed peas - 175 g;
- broth - 620 ml.
Preparation
In the warmed-up bowl of the device, save the leek with carrots and add thyme leaves to the vegetables. Peas washed and mixed with fried. Pour the broth and switch to the "Soup" mode. After the signal, add to the soup the disassembled chicken and proceed to the tasting.
Pea soup with chicken wings
Ingredients:
- Ground coriander, cumin - 1 teaspoon;
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- cauliflower - 340 g;
- crushed peas - 210 g;
- onion - 115 g;
- chicken broth - 1.6 l;
- smoked wings (flesh) - 200 g.
Preparation
Fry the onion and the cabbage, disassembled on the inflorescence, then add the garlic and ground spices to the vegetables. Rinse the peas and sprinkle them on the vegetables. Pour all the broth and leave to boil until the peas are softened. Whip the prepared soup with a blender and serve with chicken pieces.
