Pestulous celosis - growing from seeds

No flowerbed will be left without attention, when bright velvet crests of celestos burn on it. In our area, there are two types of kisses - comb and pinnate, but in fact the plant has more than 60 species and they all belong to the family of amaranth.

The plant is propagated mainly by the seed method, because the cuttings give a loss of the parent qualities of the uterine plant, which affects the appearance of the new flower.

When to sow a kiss on seedlings?

Cultivation of pinnate cetosis from seeds is fascinating and not difficult, since their germination is excellent, and to the conditions of maintenance, young seedlings are undemanding, except for the limitation of bright light, which young plants do not like just having grown young.

Since the cesium is very thermophilic, the seedlings do not tolerate the slightest frosts and may die from them. Therefore, the sowing should begin not earlier than the end of March, and even in April, in order to transplant the plants into the flower garden in the first days of June.

Seeds are sown directly on top of the soil, and not in holes or grooves, because they are very small. The substrate must be moist and after seeding the container should be covered with glass or film. As soon as a few days the seeds begin to germinate and reach a height of one and a half centimeters, the shelter can be removed.

It is important that plants do not get direct sunlight - the window can be covered with white paper or tulle, making the light scattered. Watering should be carried out regularly, if you want every day, except for cloudy weather. When the earth can dry out slowly and there is a risk of disease of the seedlings with a black leg.

It is very convenient if you sow seeds in individual containers or pots - so during a transplant the root system will be less injured. The diving is carried out when the seedlings of the celestial will reach 10-15 cm in height.

When transplanting into the ground, the distance between the plants should be at least 15 cm for low-growth species and 30 cm for medium and tall ones.

Growth of cinnamon and cessation of herbs

Such an unusual and delicious flower, as a cinnamon perennia, is not difficult to grow. To make her happy with bright, abundant flowers until very late autumn, she needs a nutritious, friable and slightly acidic soil. To bring it to its ideal will help humus, in which there is everything that is required by the kisses.

And, of course, regular watering is necessary without which a plant that does not tolerate drought will stop tying buds and wither.
