Viola must be transplanted to a new location every three years, combining this process with the division of the bush. If this is not done, the viola will lose its decorative effect, its flowers are crushed. To save and reproduction of the best varieties, the viola can be disassembled on the cuttings.

Quite often viola is affected by a black leg, powdery mildew, gray mold or spotting. If this happens, the affected bushes need to be removed from the site along with the roots and dig out the site of its growth.

To prevent diseases, the viola should be periodically sprayed with a solution of soda ash and household soap, sprinkle with ground sulfur. It is necessary to adhere to the rules of plant care - moisten the soil, but do not allow moisture to stagnate, which will not happen if the soil is light and loose.
