Rolls of beef - the original dish that came to us from German cuisine. Serve them best with boiled potatoes or a salad of fresh vegetables. Such a dish will certainly pleasantly surprise not only your household members, but also invited guests. We offer you several recipes for preparing beef rolls with filling.
Beef rolls with stuffing
Ingredients:
- beef chops - 5 pcs .;
- pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs .;
- broth beef - 2 tsp.
- corn starch - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- parsley dried - to taste;
- spice;
- slices of bacon - 5 pcs.
Preparation
Beef chops podsalivaem to taste and sprinkled at will with dried parsley. Salted cucumbers cut along on quarters and wrap them in chops. Then we wrap the rolls in bacon slices and put them on a frying pan, pre-heating in it a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry on each side for 3 minutes, and then pour in a bit of beef broth and stew until complete. In this time, in a small cup, we dilute the cornstarch with water and mix thoroughly so that no lumps form. Now gently remove from the frying pan beef rolls stuffed and put them on a plate. To the remaining juice pour diluted starch, bring to a boil and serve rolls to the table, watering them with the resulting sauce.
Finger beef with stuffing
Ingredients:
- beef pulp - 600 g;
- bacon - 200 g;
- water 350 ml;
- mustard - 50 g;
- bulb - 2 pieces;
- pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs .;
- spice;
- fresh parsley - 1 bunch.
Preparation
Bulbs are cleaned and crushed in half rings. Pickled cucumbers shinkle strips, and fresh parsley finely chopped with a knife. On the cutting board, lay out a piece of beef pulp, beat it and cut it into several small squares. Then each is generously greased with mustard and spread from above with strips of bacon. Then sprinkle onions and spread the sliced cucumbers. We decorate everything with parsley and gently wrap each meat layer in a roll. After that, we tie them with a thread, and we sew the edges with threads, to make "fingers". In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and fry the rolls until a ruddy crust appears on both sides. Then we pour water to them, season them with spices and stew them with the lid closed, over medium heat for about an hour. We serve the ready dish with fried potatoes, or with stewed cabbage, after removing the thread.
Beef rolls with vegetable filling
Ingredients:
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- red bell pepper - 1 piece;
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp. spoons;
- large salt - to taste;
- beef tenderloin - 500 g;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- green onions - to taste.
For sauce:
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- boiled water - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- rice vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
On vegetable oil fry sliced a thin strips of Bulgarian pepper, until soft. Then pour in a spoonful of soy sauce, mix it and spread the pepper onto a plate.
