Fry on each side for 3 minutes, and then pour in a bit of beef broth and stew until complete. In this time, in a small cup, we dilute the cornstarch with water and mix thoroughly so that no lumps form. Now gently remove from the frying pan beef rolls stuffed and put them on a plate. To the remaining juice pour diluted starch, bring to a boil and serve rolls to the table, watering them with the resulting sauce.

After that, we tie them with a thread, and we sew the edges with threads, to make "fingers". In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and fry the rolls until a ruddy crust appears on both sides. Then we pour water to them, season them with spices and stew them with the lid closed, over medium heat for about an hour. We serve the ready dish with fried potatoes, or with stewed cabbage, after removing the thread.

On vegetable oil fry sliced ​​a thin strips of Bulgarian pepper, until soft. Then pour in a spoonful of soy sauce, mix it and spread the pepper onto a plate. We cut the beef into thin slices, place each piece of meat between the polyethylene film and lightly beat off with a hammer. Season the chops with salt, pepper and in the center of each we put on a few straw peppers and a few feathers of a green onion. After this, tightly roll everything into rolls and fasten it with toothpicks. In a frying pan, we heat the oil and fry the meat on high heat from all directions to a golden color. Now put the rolls on a dish, and in the same pan pour soy sauce, a little water, vinegar and throw sugar. Cook the sauce on medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 7 minutes. Before serving, remove toothpicks from the rolls and sprinkle the meat with hot sauce.
