The day before the preparation, the liver should be thoroughly washed, drained, cleaned of films and ducts, and then pour 60 ml of vinegar and leave to marinate. Marinated liver once again rinse and dry, and then carefully season with both sides.

In a frying pan, warm up a little oil and fry pieces of liver on it for a minute on each side.
