Pour the water into a deep saucepan and boil it on medium heat. In the meantime, we are preparing the chicken fillet: we wash it, dry it and shred it in thin strips. Transfer the meat to a plate, sprinkle with spices and mix thoroughly. Then put the chicken aside and marinade for 20 minutes.
