Peeled onions, cut into half rings, lightly fried or lettuce in oil in a pan. Add oyster mushrooms, cut into small slices, and fry with onions for no more than 5 minutes. Fill with sour cream, seasoned with chopped garlic, black pepper and nutmeg. Stir and stew for another 3 minutes, turn off the fire and leave it under the lid for 10 minutes. Boil sour cream is not necessary - it curdles and will lose most of its usefulness.
