The building is built in neo-Florentine style by the project of Fulbert Aurelia. The material from which the palace was built is tuff. During the construction of the building, a special type of masonry of tuff blocks was used. And in order to emphasize the refinement of the building, it was decided to make its top lighter and the bottom darker. So the building turned out to be unlike any other in the city.
