Then we take a cast-iron frying pan, grease it with olive oil and, when it's warmed up a bit, put ghee. Warm up the frying pan thoroughly, then we subtract the fire and lay the steaks in one layer at a distance from each other. After a few minutes, turn them over and cook another 2 minutes. The third time we turn the steaks in a frying pan and fry until a golden crust is formed. After that, we subtract the fire to the minimum, cover it with a lid, and after 2 minutes we completely remove it from the fire. Remove the lid, cover the meat with foil and leave for 5 minutes. After that, we shift the steaks from the turkey fillet to a dish and serve with a vegetable salad or just on green lettuce leaves.

Meat is cut across the fibers into approximately 4 identical pieces. In a bowl, mix the butter with soy sauce, spices, lay the meat in a marinade, mix and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
