Here, the most important thing is that the choice of insulation does not change the technology itself: the mineral wool is durable and easy to work with, the foam is much lighter and does not fear water, and it is also easily glued and cut to the right pieces, cork mats are also durable and hardly distinguishable in an atmosphere of harmful fumes, but they are much more expensive.
